Radical education, research and consultancy challenging how race, power and inequality are reproduced across our communities and institutions.

We deliver youth mentoring and workshops across schools, universities, youth organisations and community spaces, with particular experience supporting looked-after children and young people who have experienced exclusion from education.
Our work creates space for young people to explore race, identity, mental health, masculinity, relationships and the realities they are navigating. We build relationships grounded in trust, consistency and honest conversation, recognising young people not by the systems or circumstances they have encountered, but by the knowledge, creativity and possibility they already carry.
Through mentoring and workshops, we create room to question, reflect, express, imagine and grow — particularly for young people whose voices and experiences are too often pushed to the margins.

We provide somatic and anti-racism consultancy, training and facilitated learning for schools, higher education, workplaces and other organisations and institutions.
We bring structural analysis into conversation with somatic and embodied approaches, recognising that racism and inequality are not simply intellectual issues that can be addressed through information alone.
Through training, facilitated spaces, workshops and longer-term consultancy, we support organisations to move beyond performative and tick-box approaches towards deeper reflection, accountability and meaningful change.

Drawing on our work as doctoral researchers and research associates, our research engages with race and racism, embodiment and somatics, mental health and wellbeing, Black health, education and institutional inequality.
We are particularly interested in Black, decolonial, participatory and community-rooted approaches to knowledge production that recognise lived and embodied experience as knowledge rather than positioning communities simply as subjects of research.
We welcome research partnerships, community-led and participatory research, knowledge exchange and collaborations that can move knowledge beyond academic spaces and into communities, practice and social change.
